I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was very clean and the facilities were great, especially the rooftop terrace. I also appreciated the free washer and dryer service.

Our stay in this place was pretty good. The location was great, close to restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. The fully functioning kitchen and washer and dryer facilities were a plus. We enjoyed the hot water and clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the older staff member who prepared a delicious breakfast and the service manager who resolved our aircon issue promptly.

The younger staff member who didn't bring us to our room upon arrival was not very helpful.

The apartment had a musty smell that made it feel old, and the air conditioning units were dirty and dusty. the younger staff member who checked us in was lazy, with poor service and communication skills, leaving us to figure out everything on our own.

Some of the staff members were not as helpful as I would have liked, and on a couple of occasions, I had to figure things out for myself. Additionally, the airport pick-up service was overpriced and not worth it.
